About the Team

Our Corporate Advisory team’s core objective is to be strategic advisors in solving social problems; so as to together achieve orbit shifting impact. Our focus is on enabling holistic organisation and ecosystem transformation – by rigorously solving problems, formulating strategic solutions which are logically sound and effective on the ground and ensuring all stakeholders are effectively engaged and their interests are covered.
Our expertise and work with Corporates in CSR covers:

  • CSR Strategy, flagship programme design, impact communication and building CSR brand.

  • Impact Portfolio Advisory - CSR compliance, portfolio strategy and governance, social audit, programme monitoring and impact measurement.

  • End-to-end programme management through implementation support, strategic advisory and in house tools.

The Opportunity

The Analyst will play a vital role in designing solutions to meet CSR customer needs and drive measurable social impact. You'll collaborate with the corporate sector in India, contributing to business development efforts and working across various thematic areas. Additionally, you'll work closely with the team to solve problems, engage with multiple stakeholders, and build relationships with CSR clients' middle and senior management. 


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Stakeholder coordination, ensuring timely collection, review, and consolidation of data and deliverables from the project partners.

  • Maintain regular follow-ups to track progress on key commitments and support ongoing monitoring and reporting of overall project milestones.

  • Deliver high-quality documents consistently and work with the team to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables

  • Support in the documentation of learning and potentially the creation of reusable knowledge from the project.

  • Field visits to monitor project partners progress. 

  • Conducting research as required to arrive at the insights needed to solve the problem or to spot potential opportunities for social impact.

  • Engage with stakeholders proactively with effective communication and build on the engagement to build a long term sustainable relationship.

  • Go beyond own deliverables to support others in the team including the marketing team or the larger organization where required

  • Work smoothly with peers and managers and is able to receive constructive feedback well

  • Contribute to the creation of proposals


The Ideal Candidate:


Our goal is impactful ground-level change, achieved through collaborative engagement with stakeholders. We seek individuals aligned with our mission to alleviate poverty, possessing the following profile:


  • B. Sc. (Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Forestry/ Food Tech) and MBA in Agribusiness Management/ Rural Management/ M. Sc. Agriculture. 

  • 0-2 years of professional experience as an analyst, agronomist, agri. Marketing and FPO business (input and output) management.

  • Have knowledge of agricultural practices, crop production and farming. 

  • Willing to travel to field/ remote locations as and when needed.

  • Efficient in time and quality management, ensuring timely and high-standard deliverables for efficient project timelines.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, crafting clear documents and impactful presentations for effective team and client communication.

  • Skillfully cultivates and manages relationships with strategic partners to drive collaboration and achieve mutual goals by adapting to changing project needs.

  • Skilled in monitoring and evaluation, providing insights for improvement.

  • Understanding and application of corporate social responsibility regulations and legal frameworks.
