The Opportunity

As one of the foremost companies in impact, Sattva Consulting works with leading corporates, foundations, non profit organisations, social enterprises and impact investors to deliver societal impact at scale. Marketing is a critical lever to optimise our brand positioning and drive business growth, and we are looking for a digital marketing consultant to join our marketing team and grow the Sattva brand through data-driven digital strategies. 

As a digital marketing expert, you will work on performance marketing campaigns across multiple business units, develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligning with the company’s goals, brainstorm new content strategies, and manage campaign budgets for optimal ROI.  


Key responsibilities: 

As an Associate Consultant - Digital Marketing, you will be responsible to develop, execute and monitor effective digital marketing strategies across all key media channels.  You will work closely with the Head of Marketing/ Comms  and the marketing team to optimise content strategies for relevant, meaningful, high impact brand awareness and business growth. You will be responsible for digital marketing tools and platforms. 

While every day will be different, your responsibilities will include the following:

1. Social media marketing 

  • You will work closely with the content team to develop, execute and monitor our social media plan - both organic and paid - across all media channels.. 

  • Conduct market research, understand the target audience, and identify marketing and growth opportunities.

  • Create and execute innovative digital marketing campaigns across various digital channels, like email, linkedin, instagram and youtube. 

  • Measure and analyse campaigns’ success using data and analytics tools.

  • Own, implement and optimise use of social media tools. 

  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and new technologies, and make recommendations for how the company can stay ahead of the curve.

2. SEO Optimization 

  • You will be responsible for the company website and execute a comprehensive plan to update, monitor and optimise the website to deliver on company and business goals. This includes content strategy, SEO, LLM optimization, competitor research and keyword research.  

  • Conduct market research, understand the target audience, and identify emerging trends for better user experience. 

  • Proactively curate and identify content ideas to improve the website performance 

  • Review, monitor, update and manage tools and platforms. 

3. Email Marketing 

  • Enhance our overall email marketing strategy to improve open and click rates

  • Develop a comprehensive database management system to effectively target and customise content messaging for our audience groups. 

  • Track latest trends wrt email marketing and actively contribute ideas to stay ahead of the curve 

  • Understand the company’s CRM systems and develop an email marketing strategy to effectively target our diverse audience base. 

4. Marketing Analytics 

  • You will be responsible for managing the marketing analytics dashboard. This includes updating, reviewing, analysis and reporting of key marketing metrics for actionable insights. 

  • Recommend tools and platforms to improve analysis and monitoring of marketing metrics. 

  • Improve the analytics dashboard for better and real time representation of marketing metrics. 


Skills Required: 

  • A bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, English, Marketing, Business or related field. 

  • 2-4 years of demonstrable experience in marketing or digital marketing roles.

  • Knowledge of content management, website and marketing tools. 

  • Excellent analytical skills to understand data, study metrics, and align strategies.

  • Innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail and identifying trends.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 

  • Knowledge of social media management, trends and best practices. 

  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and handle multiple projects concurrently. 

  • Agile and strong team player with the ability to collaborate with cross functional teams. 

  • Driven individual who can work independently with minimal supervision and ample support.
