The Opportunity
Seeking a Consultant who can work with non-profit organisations to -
Develop effective strategies and program plans that work well at the grassroots level.
Enhance impact by improving systems, coordinating programs, and ensuring long-term sustainability.
Maximize impact by engaging with the community and fostering collaborations.
The Consultant's responsibilities include
Lead tracks in a large-scale project independently.
Produce client-ready deliverables - strategy decks, project reports, governance reports, research outputs, etc.
Provide execution/ operational guidance and cover to associate/ analyst on the project - across research, framework development, contributing to the deliverables and project management.
Drive client and stakeholder communication.
Support the project lead in identifying and mitigating key project risks.
Responsible for first-level project planning and governance, to ensure work streams/ tracks are well-managed.
Lead smaller delivery projects independently.
Support in contributing to the creation of proposals after understanding project financials at a headline level.
Support in documentation of learnings and potential creation of reusable knowledge from the project.
The Ideal Candidate:

4-6 years of consulting experience, preferably with a postgraduate degree in business management.
Efficient in time and quality management, adept at prioritizing tasks and maintaining high standards for the timely delivery of quality work.
Shows exceptional written communication skills, producing clear, concise, and accurate materials with meticulous attention to detail.
Proficient in delivering compelling presentations, using persuasive techniques and storytelling to convey complex information.
Skilled in data analysis, proficient in collecting and analyzing data using various tools, and adept at presenting findings visually for decision-making.
Demonstrates advanced research skills, utilizing diverse methodologies to gather and present insights aligned with organizational objectives.
Shows strong problem-solving skills, using analytical thinking, creativity, and strategic decision-making to contribute to project success.
Demonstrates effective client management, fostering positive relationships, understanding needs, and delivering quality service for satisfaction and loyalty.
Skilled in internal collaboration and people management, fostering teamwork, open communication, and effective delegation to achieve goals.
Strong verbal communicator, articulating ideas clearly, persuasively, and empathetically to foster effective dialogue internally and externally.
