About People's team:

The People function at Sattva owns all people aspects at Sattva, right from talent acquisition to engagement to learning & development. The team partners with Business Units to ensure people's well-being at Sattva.

The Opportunity:
 

We’re looking for a dynamic and passionate Learning & Development Consultant to join our People team and help drive impactful learning experiences across the organization. You’ll play a key role in designing, implementing, and evaluating learning programs that build capability, support growth, and strengthen our culture of continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for junior to mid-level roles across functions, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer rollout.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build effective hiring strategies.

2. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development:

  • Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, internal database, employee referrals, and social media platforms.

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring roles and future requirements.

3. Stakeholder Management:

  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.

  • Provide regular updates on hiring progress, candidate pipeline, and key challenges.

4. Candidate Experience:

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication, interview scheduling, and feedback sharing.

  • Act as a brand ambassador for the company during all candidate interactions.

5. Screening & Evaluation:

  • Conduct resume screening and initial HR interviews to evaluate candidates based on role fit, cultural alignment, and interest.

  • Schedule and coordinate further evaluation rounds with relevant interviewers.

6. ATS & Reporting:

  • Maintain up-to-date candidate data and recruitment activity on the ATS.

  • Generate and share recruitment dashboards and hiring metrics on a regular basis.

7. Offer Management & Negotiation:

  • Collaborate with HR/Comp & Ben teams to draft offers and conduct compensation negotiations.

  • Ensure all pre-joining formalities and documentation are completed on time.

8. Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to improve hiring processes, reduce turnaround time, and enhance quality of hires.

  • Stay updated on best practices in recruitment and suggest innovations.

9. Employer Branding Support:

  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives such as social media posts, hiring campaigns, and campus engagement.

10. Compliance & Documentation:

  • Ensure adherence to hiring policies, DEI goals, and data privacy regulations.

  • Maintain accurate recruitment documentation for audits and internal use.


The ideal candidate:
  • 2–4 years of experience in  Talent Acquisition 

  • Experience with ATS and other platforms 

  • Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Passionate about learning, with a growth mindset and creative approach

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in Psychology, HR, Education, or Organizational Development
