The Opportunity
We are seeking a People & Culture Intern to support our HR metrics and Data Analysis efforts within the People and Culture team. This role is pivotal in compiling, analyzing, and presenting data-driven insights to support key functions, including Learning & Development, People Operations, and Business Partnering. You will play an essential role in presenting data in a way that informs decision-making and supports our strategic objectives.
While everyday will be different, your role will be the following:
Gather, organize, and maintain HR data across various sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy for reporting purposes.
Analyze HR metrics to uncover trends and patterns, providing actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making across People and Culture initiatives.
Create visually engaging and informative dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate data insights effectively to internal stakeholders.
Deliver ad hoc analysis and reporting to assist with strategic initiatives in areas such as Learning & Development, employee engagement, and overall HR operations.
Work closely with People Business Partners to understand data requirements and ensure insights are aligned with business needs.
Ideal Candidate:
Completed Bachelors / Masters in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Solid understanding of data analysis tools such as Excel and Google Sheets.
Familiarity with data visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI is an advantage.
Proven records in compile, clean, and manage data for use in reporting and analysis.
Proficiency at interpreting data, identifying trends, and presenting actionable recommendations.
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate data findings into clear, concise, and compelling presentations.
Demonstrated interest in People Analytics and familiarity with HR metrics or operations.
