About the Team
Our Corporate Advisory team’s core objective is to be strategic advisors in solving social problems; so as to together achieve orbit shifting impact. Our focus is on enabling holistic organisation and ecosystem transformation – by rigorously solving problems, formulating strategic solutions which are logically sound and effective on the ground and ensuring all stakeholders are effectively engaged and their interests are covered.
Our expertise and work with Corporates in CSR covers:
-CSR Strategy, flagship programme design, impact communication and building CSR brand.
- Impact Portfolio Advisory - CSR compliance, portfolio strategy and governance, social audit, programme monitoring and impact measurement.
-End-to-end programme management through implementation support, strategic advisory and in house tools.
The Opportunity
The Senior Consultant will be an integral part of our Corporate Advisory vertical, building positive relationships with clients, working closely with the team in designing and building solutions to enable high impact on the ground.

Lead and drive successful delivery and execution of the project(s). Success is determined by the dimensions of impact, customer success in achieving their impact goals and stakeholder experience. Projects are expected to be well planned, on-time, on-budget, with best quality delivery.
Business ownership of key relationships at different levels of leadership at the customer side, with a pulse on changes in their focus areas and priorities. This includes building a strategic understanding of the client and their sector context.
Business ownership in designing effective delivery models to achieve the outcomes of projects both efficiently and with the highest efficacy.
Strong advisory abilities to support customers in making sound CSR investments aligned to impact and compliance.
Manage finite project resources (time, people and assets) effectively and empathetically with a keen eye on project financials.
Build specializations in specific thematic focus areas that strengthen Sattva’s capabilities to deliver value to our clients. This could include technical specialisations like M&E and audit practices or focus on themes such as health and education to name a few.
Engage with multiple funders and varied stakeholders like third-party agencies, legal and finance departments, event management agencies and other vendors to achieve program outcomes.
The Ideal Candidate:

Advanced degree/ MBA with 6-8 years in management or impact consulting/ advisory roles
Skilled in project management, effectively executing projects within set timelines and budgets.
Efficient in time and quality management, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work that exceeds client expectations.
Demonstrates adeptness in analyzing complex issues, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions to achieve desired outcomes.
Understands business principles and practices to drive organizational success.
Demonstrates a strong understanding of financial principles and practices, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, to make informed decisions and drive business success.
Skillfully cultivates and maintains positive relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering high-quality service and support to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Fosters teamwork and open communication, encouraging knowledge-sharing and effective delegation to optimize productivity and achieve project goals within the organization.
Exhibits a high level of awareness, empathy, and emotional regulation, fostering positive relationships and effective communication in various interpersonal interactions.
Designs and implements effective frameworks to assess program impact and inform decision-making.
Proficient understanding and application of corporate social responsibility regulations and legal frameworks.
Prioritizes achieving meaningful outcomes and measurable results, focusing efforts on creating positive social or environmental impact.
