The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Consultant – ERP & Digital Transformation with around 5–7 years of experience in ERP implementation, enterprise applications, functional consulting, and digital transformation to join our internal technology team.
The role will have a strong focus on ERP implementation, functional ownership, enhancement and continuous improvement, while also contributing to broader digital transformation initiatives across Sattva.
The person will work across the ERP lifecycle — from business requirements, process mapping and solution design through configuration, data migration, integrations, testing, rollout, stabilization and ongoing enhancements. They will become an internal ERP functional SME and knowledge owner, working closely with business teams, implementation partners and developers while retaining strong internal understanding and ownership of the platform.
Beyond ERP, the role will contribute to digital transformation by identifying opportunities to simplify and automate business processes, improving how enterprise applications work together, supporting technology adoption, and helping translate business problems into practical technology solutions.
While a strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes is required, particularly to support ERP implementations and enhancements, this is a technology and transformation role rather than a Finance position.
The Ideal Candidate
5–7 years of relevant experience in ERP implementation, Financial tech implementation expertise.
Strong hands-on experience across ERP implementation and enhancement, beyond project or vendor coordination.
Experience across at least one substantial end-to-end ERP implementation or rollout, including requirements, solution design, configuration, testing/UAT, data migration, integrations, go-live and stabilization.
Experience with Oracle NetSuite or another major enterprise ERP platform; NetSuite experience will be preferred.
Strong functional understanding of ERP platforms, including modules, configurations, workflows, master data, roles, transaction flows, integrations and customizations.
Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes and the ability to work independently with Finance stakeholders on ERP requirements. Knowledge of areas such as GL, AP, AR, billing, revenue, budgeting, project accounting, reconciliations and financial controls is expected.
Ability to translate business requirements into functional ERP solutions and work effectively with functional consultants, technical teams, developers and implementation partners.
Experience in business-process analysis and improvement, with the ability to identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, automation and better use of technology.
