The Opportunity


Drive business growth from a portfolio of 15+ high-value clients (> ₹9 Cr) through structured account mining, pipeline development, and opportunity conversion.


Work closely with Partners and Account Managers to identify opportunities, design targeted engagement (events, webinars, content), and drive consistent follow- through to enable revenue conversion.


Own execution of account development plans and progressively transition into client facing ownership of select accounts.


In this role, you will:
-- Drive account mining and identify new opportunities within existing relationships.
-- Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities across accounts.
-- Deepen engagement with clients through targeted outreach and interventions.
-- Support conversion of opportunities into revenue through strong follow through and coordination.
-- Build capability to independently manage client interactions and accounts over time.

influence in the social impact space. You will engage closely with senior leaders,
contribute to high-stakes client relationships, and shape how Sattva shows up in the
market through both business development and thought leadership. The role offers
steep learning, high ownership early on, and the chance to build both execution
excellence and strategic perspective in a fast-evolving, high-growth environment.


Roles and responsibilities:


Account Mining & Opportunity Identification

-- Analyse client portfolios to identify cross-sell, upsell, and new engagement opportunities.
-- Develop and maintain account plans with clear opportunity hypotheses.
-- Conduct client and ecosystem research to inform engagement strategies.


Pipeline Management & Tracking
-- Build and maintain a structured pipeline of opportunities across accounts.
-- Track opportunities across stages (lead, qualified, proposal, closure).
-- Use CRM tools or trackers (e.g., Excel, Salesforce, HubSpot) to maintain pipeline hygiene.
-- Generate periodic reports and insights on pipeline health, conversion, and revenue potential.


Business Development Execution

-- Design and execute targeted engagement initiatives such as webinars, roundtables, and outreach campaigns.
-- Support development of proposals, pitch decks, and client communication materials.
-- Drive consistent follow-through to move opportunities across the funnel and enable closures.

Stakeholder Coordination
-- Work closely with Partners, Account Managers, and Practice teams to align on priorities.
-- Coordinate internally to ensure timely delivery of proposals and inputs
-- Manage communication and updates across stakeholders

Client Engagement & Ownership (Progressive)
-- Participate in client meetings and discussions
-- Build understanding of client needs, priorities, and decision-makers
-- Gradually take ownership of select client interactions and accounts

The Ideal Candidate:

Our goal is to drive impact through strong client partnerships and sustained business growth. We are looking for individuals who align with Sattva’s mission and bring the following:

-- 4- 6 years of experience in account management, business development, consulting, or client-facing roles.
-- Experience in pipeline building, opportunity tracking, or revenue-linked roles.
-- Strong understanding of sales funnel management and account development.
-- Experience using CRM tools or structured tracking systems.
-- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proposal and presentation development.
-- Ability to analyse client contexts and translate them into actionable engagement strategies.
-- Strong problem-solving ability with structured thinking
-- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively
-- High ownership of tasks and outcomes


Educational Background
-- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Social Sciences, or related fields.
-- MBA or equivalent is a plus.
