About India Data Insights (IDI)
India Data Insights (IDI) is Sattva’s public-good initiative that enables social sector decision-makers to leverage high-quality public data for informed action. By curating, cleaning, and contextualising large-scale datasets—from health and education to livelihoods, climate, gender, and CSR—IDI provides actionable intelligence through dashboards, briefs, and analytical tools.
IDI also anchors the CSR Centre of Excellence (CSR COE), which builds sector-wide insights into CSR capital flows, emerging archetypes, trends, and ecosystem evolution.

Maintain accuracy and high attention to detail in all analytical outputs.
2. Visualisation & Data Storytelling
Create visual outputs such as charts, tables, and dashboards using Excel and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI).
Convert analytical findings into simple, intuitive narratives for briefs, decks, and platform content.
Support the team on CSR narratives around capital flows, geography transitions, sectoral insights, and archetype evolution.
3. CSR COE and Internal Engagements
Work as part of the Data COE and build expertise in CSR funding trends, ecosystem structures, and emerging patterns.
Provide data support for CSR landscape reports, leadership discussions, thematic research, and corporate engagements.
Assist in generating datasets and insights for special projects such as:

4. Data Infrastructure & Process Rigour
