The Opportunity
We are looking for a Consultant for an exciting role within our Domestic Philanthropy team. We are building an innovative platform to empower wealth managers with tools and knowledge for strategic philanthropy, creating comprehensive solutions that benefit the entire giving ecosystem.
The product focuses on three core areas: Know Philanthropy (training tools for wealth managers), Know Your Aspirations (AI-powered matching to align giving with client values), and Know Giving Options (comprehensive menu of vetted investment vehicles).
As a Consultant, you will focus on building the operational foundation and tools for the platform across two key areas:
Wealth Manager Relationship Building:
Developing knowledge-based content and relationship-building collaterals that wealth managers can leverage across their channels to engage clients
Managing outreach and conversation tracking systems with multiple wealth managers and RIAs
Building strategies for ongoing relationship management and client engagement strategies
Solution Development and NGO Engagement:
Developing platform collaterals including pitch decks, brochures, and marketing materials
NGO identification and mapping based on various giving sectors and impact areas
Consolidating comprehensive NGO information across different budget categories and philanthropic themes
Outlining detailed onboarding processes for NGOs and defining partnership criteria
Managing outreach initiatives and conducting compliance verification for partner organizations
Establishing robust impact reporting and monitoring systems to track philanthropic outcomes
The Ideal Candidate:
Our goal is realizing the impact on the ground and to drive a collective win by engaging with multiple stakeholders. We are looking for individuals who align with our vision and have the following profile:
4-6 years of professional experience in consulting, project management, stakeholder management in corporate, social enterprises, consulting firms, development agencies (preferable)
Efficiently balances project deadlines with rigorous quality standards, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work products.
Able to deliver engaging and effective presentations, utilizing persuasive techniques, visual aids, and storytelling to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
Demonstrates adeptness in analyzing complex problems, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions.
Cultivates positive client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty through high-quality support.
Skillfully fosters teamwork, encourages open communication, and effectively delegates tasks to optimize productivity and achieve project goals within the organization.
Demonstrates flexibility and resilience in response to changing circumstances, effectively adjusting behaviors and approaches to meet new challenges or opportunities.
Proficient in overseeing the process of grant application, allocation, monitoring, and reporting, ensuring compliance with funding requirements and achieving desired outcomes.
