The Opportunity
As an Consultant, your analytical skills, interpersonal communication, commitment to impact and collaborative skills will be called upon from day one for our Corporate Sustainability and Business Advisory team. Building positive relationships with the client and working closely with multiple teams in delivering solutions to enable high impact on the ground. They are required to solve problems using consulting frameworks and research for the projects. This includes both quantitative and qualitative rigor which is done by analyzing given data and gaining insights through interactions with stakeholders. It will ensure gaining a broad knowledge base that cuts across sectors and geographies while driving the core of every project’s work.
You will begin as a generalist and be placed in the thick of action, you’ll begin to specialize in one or more practice areas guided every step of the way by Sattva mentors and specific training programs you may need.
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented On-Site Consultant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial supporting role in a client engagement focused on data management and reporting and disclosure for a leading automobile manufacturing company in Bidadi, Bangalore. This position will involve an on-site presence at the client's location for a duration of 13 months. As an On-Site Consultant, you will work closely with the client's team to facilitate data collection, analysis, and reporting, supporting their efforts to meet sustainability goals and regulatory requirements. Collaboration with the Sattva offsite project team will also be a key aspect of this role.
Role and Responsibilities:
Co-ordination with onsite content developer & internal team
Designing of Sustainability report FY 24-25 and management approval (Cover page, layout, design elements)
Development of GRI content Index and mapping to BRSR Core
Submission of Designed Report [including assurance statement]
Submission of Print ready file & interactive (flipbook) file of sustainability report FY24-25
Concise report development, design & management approval of english version
Submission of Print ready file & interactive (flipbook) file of concise version of sustainability report FY24-25
Updating on evolving ESG landscape & global practices
Competency building of organisation on sustainability

We are looking for individuals who align with our vision and have the following profile:
Bachelor's degree in environmental science, sustainability, finance, business, or related field. Master's degree preferred
4-6 years of professional experience in ESG reporting, conducting audits
Strong understanding of ESG principles, frameworks, and standards, including GRI, SASB, TCFD, and SDGs
Proficient in data analysis, utilizing various analytical tools and techniques to create visually compelling representations for informed decision-making
Skilled in both written communication and presentations, adept at crafting clear, concise written materia
Efficiently balances project deadlines with rigorous quality standards, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work products
Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy and quality in reporting
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
Ability to interact effectively and manage expectations with client peers and management
Willingness to work onsite from Bidadi, Bangalore, a duration of 13 months
